“I Can Fake Being Smart”: Alina Habba’s Transformation Sparks Speculation About Plastic Surgery
Alina Habba, a prominent lawyer on Donald Trump’s legal team since 2021, has garnered public attention not just for her legal work but for her changing appearance, sparking widespread speculation about possible plastic surgery. Dr. Dan Yamini, a Beverly Hills plastic surgeon, recently weighed in on Habba’s evolving looks, noting that her physical transformation could be the result of various cosmetic procedures.
“She appears to fluctuate in weight and looks leaner and more chiseled in some pictures,” Dr. Yamini observed. “But there could be more to it.” He suggested that Habba might have undergone buccal fat removal, a popular procedure that creates hollowed cheeks and enhances the definition of the cheekbones and jawline. Dr. Yamini also pointed out signs of Botox use, as her facial muscles rarely appear animated in public appearances, as per The List.
“She is also likely using facial fillers for her cheeks, chin, lips, laugh lines, and marionette lines,” he added. Additionally, Dr. Yamini proposed that Habba may have had rhinoplasty, citing “sharp, defined, and irregular cartilages of the tip and middle of her nose,” which suggests a reshaped nose.
Habba’s transformation has not gone unnoticed on social media, with some users drawing comparisons between her appearance and that of Trump family members. One user on X asked, “Can someone please tell me why the so-called Attorney Alina Habba makes sure she looks like Melania Trump every day? Is she hoping that she’ll replace Melania?”
Others have noted that her changing look seems to mirror Ivanka Trump’s, with some suggesting that her transformation appears intentionally crafted to resemble the Trump women, according to Nicki Swift. In interviews, Habba has been surprisingly open about how her appearance has impacted her career.
“I don’t think I’d be on TV or sitting here if I didn’t look the way I look,” she admitted during a PBD Podcast appearance. “I think I caught attention, I’m very honest about that, I don’t mind.” She also recalled a moment when someone asked if she would prefer to be smart or pretty, to which she responded, “Oh easy, pretty. I can fake being smart.”
Despite acknowledging the role her looks have played in her public life, Habba insisted that her position with Trump wasn’t due to her appearance. “It doesn’t hurt to be good-looking in this world, in the PR world, on TV,” she said while emphasizing that her hiring was based on merit.
“People think President Trump hired me because I was good-looking. That is absolutely not the case.” Since joining Trump’s team, Habba has also elevated her overall presentation, trading her mousy brown shoulder-length hair for a glossier, longer look with golden highlights. Her makeup has become more polished and camera-ready, further enhancing her public image.
