“Voting Democrat is Like German Jews Voting Fascist in 1936”: Jason Meister Urges Jewish Voters to Reject Kamala Harris
Jason Meister, a former member of Donald Trump’s advisory board, made a controversial comparison during a panel discussion on Newsmax, equating supporters of Democratic presidential nominee Kamala Harris to “German Jews voting fascist in 1936.”
On Tuesday, Meister implored Jewish voters not to support Harris after she selected Minnesota Governor Tim Walz as her vice presidential running mate. “Every American Jew needs to realize that any American Jew who votes Democrat in 2024 is the equivalent of German Jews voting fascist in 1936,” Meister insisted. “And I beg every Jew that’s listening to this program, don’t be selfish.”
Meister emphasized the potential impact on future generations, urging Jewish voters to consider their families when casting their ballots. “This is about your Jewish grandchildren,” he added. “This is about your Jewish children. This is about your Jewish siblings, your mother, your daughter, your friends, your aunt, your uncle. Don’t be selfish here.”
He further warned against allowing personal animosity toward Trump to influence voting decisions. “Don’t let your blind hatred for Donald Trump ruin your children’s future and destroy America,” Meister cautioned.
Meister’s remarks have sparked significant controversy and debate, reflecting the deep polarization and intense rhetoric of the current political climate. As the election approaches, such statements underscore the passionate and often contentious discourse surrounding the candidates and their supporters.
