Sean “Diddy” Combs Spends Thanksgiving in Jail as Bail Is Denied Again

Sean “Diddy” Combs marked Thanksgiving this year behind bars at Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center (MDC), a stark departure from his typical lavish celebrations.
According to FOX News, the 55-year-old music mogul had a Thanksgiving menu consisting of simple, uninspiring fare. Breakfast reportedly included fruit, cereal, and pastries, reflecting the basic meals served at MDC.
Sam Mangel, a former federal inmate-turned-prison consultant, described the food quality as subpar. “It’s not top-grade food,” Mangel shared, offering insight into what Diddy likely experienced during the holiday.
Meanwhile, Diddy’s son, King Combs, shared his own pre-Thanksgiving feast on Instagram, showcasing a spread of seafood dishes, in stark contrast to his father’s jailhouse meals.
This subdued Thanksgiving came just a day after Diddy’s bail was denied for the third time. His defense team had proposed a $50 million bail package, offering substantial collateral to secure his release. However, the judge rejected the request, citing ongoing concerns about the case.
Diddy, the founder of Bad Boy Records, is facing serious charges, including racketeering and sex trafficking. He has pleaded not guilty to all allegations and maintains his innocence.
The rap icon is now awaiting trial, which is scheduled for May 2025. Until then, Diddy’s legal battles and time behind bars are a stark contrast to his previously high-profile lifestyle.
