Diddy Tried to Invite Prince Harry and William to His Wild Parties Due to Their ‘Trouble-Making Ways’
Rapper Sean “Diddy” Combs has recently been thrust into the spotlight once again, but this time not for his music. As old videos of his infamous “freak off” parties resurface following his recent arrest, several A-list celebrities have been linked to his notorious gatherings. One such resurfaced clip even mentions royal figures Prince William and Prince Harry, sparking renewed interest in the rapper’s past.
In a 2011 interview on The Graham Norton Show, Diddy casually discussed his plans to invite the young princes to his famous parties. As host Graham Norton brought up the upcoming royal wedding of Prince William and Kate Middleton, he playfully warned Diddy not to “ruin our royal wedding for us.” To which Diddy responded, “Trust me, they’re off the list,” assuring the public that he wouldn’t include them in his wild events.
As reported by OK! Magazine, He then reminisced about their younger days, saying, “Before when they were young bucks growing up and getting in a lot of trouble themselves, I was like, ‘Why don’t you come to hang out with me?’” Although William and Harry were never actually involved in Combs’ notorious Hollywood parties, the rapper referenced their well-known party days, including Harry’s infamous Las Vegas incident.
As reported by Page Six, While the two princes avoided Diddy’s raucous gatherings, they did cross paths with him at the 2007 after-party for the Princess Diana Memorial Concert, where Diddy performed in honor of their late mother. During the Graham Norton interview, a photo was shared of Prince William shaking hands with Diddy at the event, held at Wembley Stadium.
Combs also humorously expressed his desire to meet Queen Elizabeth II during the interview, saying, “She doesn’t have to hang out with me, but I could just go over for some tea or something, and we could kick it.” Fast forward to today, Diddy is facing serious allegations that have drawn significant attention. Joseph L. Ciaccio, an attorney, weighed in on the lawsuits involving the rapper, saying, “Powerful figures in the entertainment industry have long exploited aspiring artists and fans.
Recent high-profile lawsuits aim to hold these celebrities accountable, potentially transforming industry practices and providing justice for victims.” As reported by E! News, Ciaccio added, “No one is above the law. Fame and wealth do not protect Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs from serious allegations of sex trafficking and abuse.”
Combs has consistently denied all allegations and is scheduled for a status hearing on October 9. Earlier this year, producer Rodney Jones also accused Combs of rape and physical abuse, further complicating the legal battles surrounding the rapper, who has maintained his innocence throughout.
