This incident follows previous public scrutiny in 2019 when Timberlake was seen getting close to actress Alisha Wainwright. The Trolls star addressed the incident with Alisha in an Instagram post in 2019, writing: “I stay away from gossip as much as I can. But for my family, I feel it is important to address recent rumors that are hurting the people I love.”

“He begged Jessica for a second chance and she gave it to him,” a source exclusively told In Touch. “But five years later, he still can’t seem to control himself when he’s partying. She can’t take much more of this behavior.”

For those unversed, on June 17, the Mirrors crooner was taken into custody for DWI in Sag Harbor, New York. After having supper with companions at the American Hotel, he was stopped.
The lawsuit claims that the Selfish singer could not “keep on the right side of the roadway” while driving and ran a stop sign. This arrest has added to the strain on Biel and Timberlake’s relationship, which has already been tested by past controversies.
