Kelly Clarkson, known for her musical hits and as a television host, recently shared her unconventional method for maintaining her health and achieving weight loss. On her show, “The Kelly Clarkson Show,” she discussed how her lifestyle changes, particularly since moving to New York, have contributed to her transformation.

Clarkson highlighted the benefits of her daily routine, which now includes more walking due to her city commute. “Walking in the city is quite the workout,” she commented, emphasizing the physical demands of her new urban lifestyle.

Delving deeper into her fitness regimen, Clarkson revealed her fondness for infrared saunas and a newly acquired cold plunge, both known for their health benefits. These advanced wellness techniques, she believes, have played a significant role in accelerating her weight loss journey.

Contrary to what some might expect, Clarkson disclosed that she doesn’t adhere to a vegan diet. Instead, she opts for a protein-rich diet with a substantial amount of meat. “I eat a healthy mix,” Clarkson explained, attributing her weight loss success to following her doctor’s advice and maintaining a diet that suits her personal preferences and needs.

“I’m a Texas girl, so I like meat — sorry, vegetarians in the world!” she joked. However, she also emphasized balance in her diet, admitting to occasional indulgences like enjoying frozen yogurt with her daughter.

Clarkson’s approach showcases a blend of modern wellness practices and traditional dietary choices, tailored to her individual lifestyle and health requirements.
