Cruel’ Allegations Surface as Matthew Perry Faces Accusations of Physical Assault Towards Exes and Estranged Pal
Recent revelations about the late actor Matthew Perry’s personal life have shed light on disturbing allegations of physical abuse towards multiple women, including his former partners and estranged best friend, Morgan Moses.
Perry, known for his role in Friends, tragically succumbed to a ketamine overdose at his Los Angeles home in October 2023. Despite being reported as sober in the months leading up to his death, insiders have now come forward, providing insight into the actor’s alleged mental instability, asserting that he was “never clean.”
According to a source speaking to the Daily Mail, Perry reportedly assaulted Moses, his live-in sober companion, during a tumultuous incident at his home. Although Perry had described Moses as his “best friend” and credited her with saving his life in his 2022 memoir, the source claimed that they were not on speaking terms at the time of the incident.
The insider stated, “Morgan was no longer working with Matthew. He had a horrible breakdown, and in the heat of the moment, he could not control his emotions. He had a fear that he was going to be abandoned.” The source went on to reveal that Perry allegedly shoved Moses into a wall and threw her onto a bed, leading to her departure.
Further accusations have emerged, including claims of violence towards Perry’s former fiancée, Molly Hurwitz, who reportedly confronted him about cheating, leading to the end of their engagement in 2021. According to another source, Perry threw a coffee table at Hurwitz and accused her of being “crazy,” revealing deep-seated abandonment issues following their breakup.
Another source spoke of Perry’s alleged cruelty towards one of his former girlfriends, whom he initially met in rehab. Describing his behavior as “cruel,” the source claimed Perry had to financially support many women for therapy, leaving a trail of destruction in his wake.
