Most Expensive condo in Miami sells at $34 Million

Miami, one of the most happening cities in the US, is with every passing day growing to be a costly affair! Miami has made ‘news big enough’ to fit its increasing popularity, be it in commerce, real estate, luxury, media, entertainment/beach parties or even international trade. The city has to its credits – the most expensive beach apartment in the world along with the recent most expensive Madonna Penthouse that sold for $27 million. Preceding this record, the city adds to it another ‘most expensive’ labelled deal – the still under construction Ian Schragger’s penthouses – Miami Beach Edition selling at a total of $34 million.

Priced at $3800 per square foot, the Miami Beach Edition penthouses have been recorded as the most expensive condos ever sold in South Florida. The penthouse is a lavish construction designed by renowned architect John Pawson housing an elevator, expansive rooftop terraces, 30 foot long lap pools and double-heighted living areas. That’s one hell-of-a luxury coup!
