Engines:

The Falcon 2000LX is powerful for many reasons, the first one being its engine.

The special PW308C engine, developed specifically for this jet by Pratt & Whitney Canada, delivers 7000 pounds of thrust each on takeoff (up to 30°C at sea level) to climb to 41,000 feet in just 18 minutes. With a stingy fuel consumption, the 2000LX offers an efficiency that’s above any competitor in its class.

The PW308C uses Nordam’s new aerodynamic, advanced, single-pivot thrust reverser to deliver safe, reliable service. Sporting a mature time between overhauls of 7000 hours, the Falcon 2000LX is designed to spend more time in the air and less in the shop.
