Business Horoscope December 03 December 09
Aries
With the Sun returning to your career sector a few days before Christmas each year, it’s usually January when you find your feet, ready to burst in to the New Year with a fresh burst of energy, a new sense of competitiveness and a readiness to set goals and smash through glass ceilings. This year that burst has come early, due to the fact that Mars, planet of passion and the warrior planet of the cosmos is already in your career sector and after his alignment with Pluto last month you’re already fired up and possibly under pressure. With Pluto in your career sector until 2024 and Mars visiting every other year, this is only the third time in your lifetime that they have met up here, but already the planets of war and revolution are making their presence felt, evoking a frenetic pace and a call to action that won’t ease until Mars leaves on Boxing Day. With the Sun returning on the 22nd December this will put things on the track you want them to continue on. With Venus and Mercury returning in the early days of January this is giving professional forces that shouldn’t come into their own until next month a jump start. Because Mars and Pluto are planets that can light a fire in your belly and get things started but aren’t that good at bringing things home but the Sun, Mercury and Venus are excellent closers, this makes this month more about getting the ball rolling and as many balls in the air as possible. The Moon’s last visit to your career sector for the year, from the 14th December to the 16th December will provide some valuable clues, hunches and insights.
Taurus
Considering that until the 22nd November you had continuous planetary activity in at least one of your professional houses for the last 17 years and for the majority of the last 3 years you’ve had both your work and career sectors active, moving into the new month with no planetary activity in either is going to take some getting used to. The last time you moved into December with no cosmic activity in either professional house was in 1994, 18 years ago. Yet the gap between Venus’ departure from your work sector last month and Mars’ return to your career sector on Boxing Day is just under 5 weeks and considering that these are the only weeks in 18 years that you’ve had a chance to completely take your professional hat off, standing back and just letting things settle is a must. It’s during this gap that the Moon will visit your work sector, from the 8th December to the 10th December and your career sector from the 16th December to the 18th December. It’s during the Moon’s visit to your work sector, his last for the year and first since Venus left that you’re able to look back, sum things up and tie up loose ends. During the Moon’s visit to your career sector, with your professional instincts sharp and just days away from Mars’ return you’ll have a chance to look ahead and at where to from here. While Mars, planet of passion and the warrior planet of the cosmos will return to your career sector on Boxing Day, it’s in January and February that your professional passions and fighting spirit will take you into a new era.
Gemini
By this time last year the Sun, Mercury and Venus had already left your work sector and the short 5 ½ weeks of planetary activity you had in 2011 was over. Fast forward a year and not only are things still on the boil they’ll remain that way for the next 3 years. While the Sun has moved on Mercury and Venus are still here, with heart and mind still focused on work matters, giving you a chance to establish what you want, work smarter and get things up to speed. But even when Mercury leaves your work sector on the 11th December and Venus on the 16th December this will be far from the end of the story, with the North Node staying on until February 2014 and Saturn until September 2015. This creates a dual situation this month, where you’re working to get more immediate matters up to speed, while at the same time realising that this is a marathon and not a sprint and with the road to success under construction for several more years that there is a need to pace yourself. That is especially so considering that for the first time in your lifetime you’re closing one year and about to move into the next with Neptune, planet of dreams and fantasies in your career sector and that he’s here until 2026. With 2013 destined to be an extremely auspicious year for work, career and income matters start deciding now what needs to be accomplished before the end of the year and what can wait until the New Year. In the past it was about seizing opportunities when and where you could, but now you’ve got unlimited time to wait for just the right conditions.
Cancer
December is always a busy month for you and even if you make a New Year resolution to forward load your year, so you didn’t have this last minute rush each year, chances are it would make little difference, for with the Sun always spending the last 3 weeks in your work sector this is a case of bowing to the inevitable. As you move into the new month it’s not going to be surprising then that there is some work tension and pressure, however it’s likely to feel a little worse than you can remember from last year, with the Sun under pressure from Jupiter in the early days of the month. This is going to give a false impression of what kind of month to expect, for with Uranus still in retrograde motion in your career sector what you’ll see in the early days is a stalled career situation and a lot of work pressure. Yet you know what they say about not judging a book by its cover. The worst thing about getting the worst conditions in the early days is that it will have you a little worried about what the rest of the month will be like, but the best thing is that it’s over and done with. Jupiter will move into opposition with the Sun on the 3rd/4th December and considering there was already pressure from a lunar eclipse in late November, you’re going to feel this from Day 1, but from the 3rd it will start easing. From that point on things will not only get better but dramatically so. It starts with Mercury’s return to your work sector on the 11th November, continues with Uranus’ direct turn in your career sector on the 14th December and reaches its peak when Venus returns on the 16th December. A New Moon on the 13th December creates the real line in the sand, with a chance for new beginnings or a fresh start.
Leo
With the Sun always returning to your work sector just a few days before Christmas, for many you’ve already finished work for the year and at most the final days will hook into the busy focus this brings. For the most part though, with the Sun always spending the first 3 weeks of January in your communication sector, this is mostly felt in the New Year, when you return from your holidays or it might be that working through the Christmas/New Year period while others are on holiday has been your reality. Either way it shouldn’t be until the Sun’s return to your work sector on the 22nd December that things get frantically busy, yet as you move into the new month you’re already there, with a frenetic pace under way on the work front since mid November. That’s because Mars, planet of passion and the warrior planet of the cosmos has returned ahead of the Sun and after his alignment with Pluto in the closing days of November, the planets of war and revolution are leaving little time for rest. Because Mars will leave your work sector on Boxing Day and the Sun, along with Mercury and Venus who will return in the New Year will take it from there, this allows you to get things up to speed this month, as many balls in the air as possible and worrying about bringing things home or tying up loose ends later. Mars and Pluto are likely to be making things seem a lot more urgent than they are, for in reality you have until the 2nd February to get things up to speed or to have everything in motion. This makes it important to pace yourself, with burnout your biggest danger this month.
Virgo
Because the Moon will only leave your career sector on the 1st December a lunar eclipse in the final days of November is still casting its shadow on the early hours of the month and all that it triggered is still very much in motion. This makes it important to look at what is unfolding on the career front in the early days of the month as a force that has its own path and mission, getting out of the way and not trying to control, manage or over think things. It’s usually only weeks, if not months later that you’re able to fully understand what an eclipse triggered, with a need to keep your mind and your options open. What you will find is that while the Moon will move on from your career sector, that any work/life balance tension that will always come with a Full Moon here, eclipsing or otherwise, does not. While the Sun and Moon are no longer in opposition, Jupiter will move into opposition with the Sun on the 3rd/4th December, for the first time between your home and career sectors in 12 years. This pressure will actually work to your advantage, with a need to see this as an opportunity to both keep whatever the lunar eclipse triggered in play on the career front but also to take any work/life balance issues seriously. If you can do that early in the month then you’ll have a much better chance of coping with Mars’ return to your work sector on Boxing Day, for while this will only effect the final days of December, it promises a very frenetic start to your 2013 working year. So long as you can go along with what is unfolding on the career front and can work on establishing the right work/life balance, you’ll be ready for anything.
Libra
For the first time in your lifetime you’re wrapping up one working year and will move into the New Year with Neptune, planet of dreams and fantasies in your work sector and it’s far from the last. With Neptune now settled in for the long haul, having completed his first retrograde phase last month and not due to leave until 2026 this is now part of your new reality. When it comes to work matters, especially when it comes to the big picture, instead of working on your New Year resolutions you need to be working on a Wish List. On both the work and career fronts it may feel that you’re treading water, finishing out the year in whatever way you need to, but with your focus more on 2013. The reality is that things won’t really start to move on the work front until February and as they’ll start to move on the career front just a few months later, it really is 2013 that you need to be looking towards. It’s in the early days of the month that you’ll have a chance to get your professional bearings, during the Moon’s first visit to your career sector this month, from the 1st December to the 3rd December. It’s then that you’ll not only have a keen sense of hindsight, but the waters will be particularly clear. The Moon will return for a second visit from the 28th December to the 30th December and it’s during that visit that he’ll oppose the Sun to form a Full Moon, the last Full Moon of 2012 and the last in your career sector before lucky Jupiter returns next year, providing some hints on what lies ahead.
Scorpio
While there is a lot of focus on income matters this month and just the right mix of pressure and motivation, on the work front it may feel at times that things are either moving in slow motion or they feel stuck or stalled. They’ll feel stuck or stalled because they are, so rather than something being wrong this is something that you have to expect and work with, using it as a chance to pull back and ensure that all the behind the scenes work is done, taking care of any housekeeping but also making sure that nothing has been overlooked. For as you move into the final month of the year Uranus, the only planet active in either of your professional houses, is not only still in retrograde motion in your work sector, as he has been since July, but in his final days in retrograde motion is slowing down to a crawl and then a complete stop before turning direct on the 14th December. That’s the turning point, where things not only start to move again on the work front but the point where the focus shifts from the road behind to the road ahead. This happens at a fortuitous time, for with Mercury returning to your income sector on the 11th December, a New Moon there on the 13th December and Venus returning on the 16th December, Uranus’ direct turn will catch a wave being created on the income front, which can give stalled work matters a push start. The Moon will move through your work sector from the 20th December to the 23rd December, giving you a chance to get your bearings. The Moon will make 2 visits to your career sector, the first from the 3rd December to the 6th December and again from the 30th December to the 2nd January. For the first time since 1994 you’ll move into the New Year with the Moon in your career sector and your professional instincts sharp and on the ball.
Sagittarius
That you have no planetary activity in either of your professional houses in December and that your professional year feels like it’s winding down is the norm rather than the exception, even though by looking back at last year that might not seem the case. Last December Mars was just settling in for his 8 month visit to your career sector, his longest in 47 years that didn’t run its course until July and you had Jupiter, planet of luck and expansion in your work sector. So if things feel a little quieter this year it’s because everything is now out in the open and on the table on both the work and career fronts. Yet you’re not quite on your own, for apart from the Moon’s visits to both your work and career sectors for the first time in 17 years you’re moving into the final weeks of your professional year with the South Node in your work sector. This is keeping the momentum Jupiter left you with when he left your work sector in June in motion, as well as providing a natural current that is keeping things on track. Where there is motivation this month is on the income front, with Mars and Pluto meeting up in your income sector for only the third time in your lifetime, working to capitalise on the huge investment you’ve had into your professional game over the last 2 years. Professional forces will have a chance to tie into this when the Moon makes his last visit to your career sector for the year from the 6th December to the 8th December and to your work sector from the 23rd December to the 25th December.
Capricorn
For the first time since December 2008 you’re moving into the final month of the year without Saturn in your career sector and without the pressure to put everything you have into everything you do, doing whatever it takes for as long as it takes. Yet as you move into the new month it’s only been 8 days since Venus wrapped up all the planetary activity in your career sector and with any professional pressure behind you it’s going to look like it’s been swapped for work pressure. A lunar eclipse in your work sector late last month will only run its course when the Moon leaves on the 1st December, with all that this triggered still playing out and the pressure that always comes with a Full Moon. Yet that pressure won’t move off when the Moon does, for while a Full Moon is created by an opposition between the Sun and Moon, in the early days of the month it’s Jupiter who the Sun will come into conflict with. With Jupiter, planet of luck and expansion in retrograde motion in your work sector his opposition with the Sun is going to keep eclipse energy in play in the early days of the month, not easing back until after the 4th December, but also his lucky and fortunate influence. It really is a case of where there’s pressure you’ll also find financial opportunities. As the month progresses any work pressure will ease back at the same time that you become smarter in your ability to handle it, allowing you to use this to your advantage. It’s during the Moon’s visit to your work sector, from the 25th December to the 28th December that Mars will return to your income sector, positioning you well for both income and work opportunities in the early weeks and months of 2013.
Aquarius
To find a more powerful end to your professional year you would have to look back decades, in part as far back as 1984 but in order to replicate even part of the opportunities you have now you’d have to go back to 1956, but even then you’d be missing core ingredients that you have now. Suffice to say, these are some of the most powerful professional conditions you’ve ever encountered and at this point this is still unfolding. It’s Saturn’s position in your career sector until 2015 and the North Node’s position here until 2014 that sets the scene for your most important professional years on record, but with Mercury not due to leave until the 11th December and Venus until the 16th December you’re still in the foundation phase, where what is always a time of year for getting professional matters off the ground in a short term way coincides with a major new launch. With the road to professional success remaining under construction for the next 3 years this is something that can’t and shouldn’t be rushed, keeping an eye on the big picture but putting your time and energy in the part that you’re working on now. The last time you had these conditions was back in 1956, but what you have now that you didn’t have then was support from forces on the income front and some IOU’s on the work front, that are set to deliver in 2013. This makes it important to avoid any rush mentality, looking realistically at what needs to be done this month and what can wait, knowing that you not only have the whole of 2013 to bring things home but 2014 and part of 2015 as well. A Full Moon in your work sector on the 28th December will provide some valuable clues on what 2013 will bring.
Pisces
Being career focused as you move into the final month of the year will always be your reality, with the Sun always spending the first 3 weeks of December in your career sector. That is the case this year, but in the early days at least things might not appear to be going that well and with some real work/life balance tension and things stalled on the income front, you may even be feeling sorry for yourself or wondering what you might have done wrong, to end the year this way. However, this is not cause for a pity party for there is nothing wrong and this is definitely not the way your year will end. Things are stalled on the income front because Uranus is in his final days in retrograde motion in your income sector, with his direct turn on the 14th December creating a turnaround, just as you’ll get your second wind on the career front. Even the professional and/or work/life balance tension in the early days of the month, that came to a head during a lunar eclipse late last month, but you can’t quite shake in the early days of the month, will ease back. The lunar eclipse on the 29th November put the Moon, moving through your home and family sector at the time, in opposition with the Sun in your career sector, the same opposition that Jupiter and the Sun will form on the 3rd/4th December. This gives you a chance to deal with any work/life balance issues early in the month, for with Mercury returning to your career sector on the 11th December and Venus on the 16th December, it’s not just a turnaround on the income front you’ll be experiencing this month but on the professional front as well. A little patience in the early days of the month will pay off big time by mid month. – Freepsychicnetwork
