In a wide-ranging, three-hour interview, Ivanka Trump did not hold back when discussing various aspects of her life on Russian computer scientist Lex Fridman’s podcast, released Tuesday. On a lighter note, the native New Yorker revealed that her father loves all kinds of music, from Pavarotti to Sinatra. She even mentioned that if circumstances had been different, he might have become a producer on Broadway. “Now he DJs at Mar-a-Lago,” joked the former “Apprentice” star.
Ivanka also got emotional while discussing how much she misses her mother, Ivana Trump, who died on July 14, 2022, after a fall down the stairs at her NYC apartment. “It’s unbelievable how dislocating the loss of a parent is,” said Ivanka. She added that having her maternal grandmother, Babi, living with her in Indian Creek Village is “very special.”
“I can ask her some of the questions that I would’ve wanted to ask my own mom,” she shared. “But it’s hard.” This candid interview offered a rare glimpse into Ivanka Trump’s personal and professional life, highlighting her ongoing projects, her family’s deep impact on her, and her emotional journey through recent hardships.
