Laura Loomer Accuses Elon Musk of Using Trump to Push ‘Neo-Reactionary’ Agenda and Monarchy Plans
Right-wing activist Laura Loomer accused billionaire Elon Musk of using President-elect Donald Trump to push a “neo-reactionary political movement” aimed at establishing a monarchy in the United States. Speaking on Steve Bannon’s War Room podcast Monday, Loomer criticized Musk’s influence and his alleged disregard for MAGA values.
Loomer, who said she had been demonetized on Musk’s X platform after challenging his use of H-1B immigrant visas, argued that Musk’s relationship with Trump was part of a larger strategy. “He is the richest man in the world, and so he kind of orbits President Trump,” she said.
“As I called him the other day, I said he’s a stage five clinger. I’ve been demonetized now, I’ve had my check mark taken away. [Trump advisers] realize that, well, their input to President Trump is now being overshadowed by the richest man in the world who has these ulterior motives.” Loomer questioned Musk’s commitment to the MAGA agenda.
“Does he really support MAGA and the America First agenda, or is he trying to push this neo-reactionary political movement so that we can establish a monarchy and have multi-polarity?” she asked. Loomer suggested Musk was leveraging his wealth and access to Trump to silence critics and promote his own agenda.
She also condemned Musk’s perceived influence over the government and his ability to intimidate lawmakers. “It’s unacceptable for billionaires like Musk to have this much power and this much access so that not only are they gonna have government access to our money and government influence, as we saw over the spending bill, by threatening primaries against people who don’t comply with his wishes,” she said.
Loomer accused Musk of hypocrisy, criticizing his receipt of government subsidies for defense contracts while allegedly silencing dissent. “This is a guy who gets government subsidies for defense contracts and now wants to silence people who challenge him online,” she said. Bannon commended Loomer for confronting Musk publicly, while Loomer escalated her rhetoric, portraying tech influence as a grave threat.
“It’s unfortunate that things have escalated, it’s unfortunate that the MAGA base has had to sustain abuse from the richest man in the world, being called re—ds and saying F you in the face, okay?” she said. “I do believe that this tech infiltration is the greatest threat to our country and humanity as a whole.” Loomer’s comments reflect growing tensions within MAGA circles as Musk’s influence raises questions about his true political intentions.
